Dr. Alla Kobylianska
Dr. Alla Kobylianska graduated from Odessa National University and received MA in Economic theory from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”/EERC(KSE). She got her PhD in International Economics in Kyiv National University in 2012. Dr. Kobylianska is an Associate Professor at International Humanitarian University (Odessa, Ukraine). She is an author of more than 30 academic and popular papers and is an expert in more than 20 international projects related to the various issues of international economic relationships and economic development of Ukraine. For a long time she worked as a researcher in NGO “Institute for economic research and policy consulting” and joined the team of NGO “Promotion of intercultural cooperation” in 2015 as a Senior Economist. Besides, she currently performs the duties of executive editor of a peer reviewed Journal of Applied Management and Investments, and is a supporting editor in Scientific Journal “Intellectuals and Power”. In the past she had fellowships at the IMF Joint Vienna Institute “Financial policies and programming”, Central European University “Comparative Regionalisms: Changing Forms of Governance in Asia, Africa and the Americas and their Effects on the Global Order”, “Civil Society school on Sound EU Practices” supported by Federal Foreign office of Germany etc.
