Journalists of regional and hyperlocal media on social education: wikis and professionals dilemmas in the minds of the military state

The most significant challenges in the professional activities of representatives of regional and hyperlocal media in conditions of martial law are psychological exhaustion, financial instability of editorial offices and lack of personnel. The results of the study show that journalists are faced with the need to perform a greater volume of work, and also acutely feel the lack of specialists in technical support. Only a small part of editorial offices has sufficient funding to work without restrictions, while the majority is forced to function in conditions of constant lack of funds, cuts and unstable funding. This
relevantizes the creation of financial support programs for journalists of regional and hyperlocal media to ensure the sustainability of editorial offices at the local level in
conditions of war.
