The report is the result of monitoring of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Odessa, the Consulate General of the Hellenic Republic in Odessa, and their visa centers in Odessa, and the visa center of Germany in Odessa, which was conducted in September-November 2013 by the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Odessa together with the NGO “Promotion of Intercultural Cooperation” within the framework of the project “Assessment of the Dynamics of Visa and Migration Practices of the European Union Countries in Ukraine, Using the Example of the Odessa Region”, within the framework of the all-Ukrainian monitoring of the consortium of public organizations “Europe without Barriers”, with financial support from the International Renaissance Foundation
